I would like to host a meeting. How do I host a meeting?

If you are seeking to host a virtual meeting You are in luck! RitL General Services Steering Board has our own dedicated Zoom account. If you are interested in hosting a virtual meeting, and there is not a meeting already at that time, we are happy to set you up with a virtual meeting. If you notice there is a meeting already at or around the time you would like to have a meeting please consider volunteering to help host an existing meeting. If you are interested in hosting a Virtual RitL meeting please contact the General Services by reaching out to our communications person.

If you are interested in hosting an in-person or hybrid meeting, please let us know where you are meeting in your locale. Please note that we are unable to provide a physical space for in-person meetings and it is up to individual meeting hosts to find a location for their meetings. We are happy to provide you a virtual meeting space if you wish to run a hybrid meeting as long as there is not another meeting scheduled at that time.
